Yashwant M. Patel is a seasoned industrial leader serving as the Whole-Time Director at AIA Engineering Ltd., a prominent manufacturer of high-chromium wear-resistant castings for industries such as cement, mining, and thermal power generation. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Science with a specialization in Chemistry, Mr. Patel brings over four decades of experience in production, administration, human resources, and accounting to his leadership role at AIA Engineering .

Beyond his executive responsibilities, Mr. Patel has been actively involved in various industry and educational initiatives. He served as the Chairman of the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII), Gujarat during the 2012–13 term and has contributed to several Western Region and National committees . Additionally, he is a member of the Endowment Committee at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Gandhinagar, reflecting his commitment to fostering educational development.
