City C U Shah Commerce College

City C.U. Shah Commerce College, established in 1966, is a prominent institution located in the heart of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Managed by the Gujarat Law Society (GLS), the college was founded following the bifurcation of City Arts & Commerce College, marking the beginning of dedicated commerce education in the walled city. The college was named in honor of Shri Chimanlal Ujamshibhai Shah, a generous donor, in 1970, and has been known as City C.U. Shah Commerce College since 2010.

Affiliated with Gujarat University, the college offers undergraduate and postgraduate programs in commerce, including B.Com and M.Com degrees. The institution is committed to providing quality education to students, particularly from middle-class backgrounds, and offers morning classes to accommodate working students.
