Manaklal Nanavati Law College

Maneklal Nanavati Law College is a distinguished institution situated in the heart of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. Established in June 1961 by the Gujarat Law Society (GLS), it was inaugurated by the then Chief Justice of the Gujarat High Court, Hon’ble Mr. Justice K. T. Desai. Initially named "New Law College," the institution was renamed in 1976 in honor of Shri Maneklal Nanavati, a renowned lawyer from Gujarat, to acknowledge his contributions to the legal profession.

Affiliated with Gujarat University and approved by the Bar Council of India (BCI), the college offers undergraduate and postgraduate law programs. It is recognized under Sections 2(f) and 12(B) of the University Grants Commission (UGC) Act, 1956, and has been accredited with a 'B' grade by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).

Located at Lal Darwaja, a central area in Ahmedabad, the college boasts a well-equipped campus featuring modern classrooms, a moot court hall, a comprehensive library, and facilities for extracurricular activities.
